Last week was a special week for us- it was our yearly trip with dear friends to the beach. We go with mom's and kids for 5 days and just spend days on the beach, cook at the house, and relax. The kids had a great time, as did we!

| We found a crab, and she didn't have any claws. We think she wasn't doing well for whatever reason, and she was very calm. We asked the kids if anyone wanted to hold it. They were all pretty afraid of the crab (with good reason- they usually pinch!). Lainey reached right for her! Why am I not surprised?! She is so funny! |

| We saw quite a bit of ocean life that week- these sting rays were swimming back and forth in the water and the man down from us was fishing and caught one. He was able to get the hook loose and set him free. Photo by Jennifer ;) |

Such a wonderful week! Thank you so much to Jennifer for hosting and to the Todd family for opening your home to us. We had the best time! I also want to thank Alice~ she is responsible for most all of these beautiful pictures above!
