We're Getting Closer!

Each day we get closer and closer to being able to move into our new home! As you can see by these pictures, we really had to have a vision for this home. We saw a great deal of potential (along with the aid of several inspections to ensure the quality of the "bones" of this 1960's custom-built home). This home was left unexpectedly and not given attention for some time. It was loved by the one family that lived here, and their son was so glad to sell it to a family such as ours that would re-vitalize it's beauty. It is certainly going to be our "diamond in the rough".

Here are a few before pictures and some pictures of how things are coming along. The painters will finish painting the inside of the house this week, and begin on the outside. The kitchen counter-tops and bathroom counter-tops and sinks are going in next week. The hardwood floors are going in next week as well! How exciting! I am going to be so amazed to see what our house looks like when it is all done!
