Leighton's 2nd Birthday!!!

The night before Leighton's birthday, I could hardly sleep :).  It felt like Christmas!  I was so excited to celebrate her birthday the next day!  

We got her a Fisher Price "my first doll house" and a tricycle to ride outside.

She has loved her doll house so much!

The tricycle has been lots of fun too!!

After we played with her toys for a little bit, we got dressed for preschool.  Her birthday dress from the year before still fit!  Yay for dresses!!!

We took cupcakes to her class.  It was such a treat for me to see them all together!  They were so cute!!!

That night, we took Leighton to our local restaurant, La Casetta.  When we got home, we sang her Happy Birthday and blew out a candle!

We had a beautiful sunset that night :)!

That Saturday, Mimi flew in and she and Naddy and Aunt Abby came to stay.  We had so much fun!!! Leighton even decided she wanted to try some of Daddy's yummy spaghetti!  My youngest cousin, also a Caroline, made this crown for Leighton :).

Mimi surprised her with an art board!  What fun!

Naddy made her a tutu!  How sweet!!!

On Sunday afternoon, we had her little birthday party!  The theme was 'Max & Ruby', her favorite cartoon.

Daddy has been working especially hard on restoring a swing set we were given.  He did a great job and it was ready just in time!

Aunt Bic let us borrow her jumpy house!  The kids had a ball!  Here are Leighton and Wilson~
